About Us

Ashley Moore, a seasoned drummer, guitarist, and band member opened Moore Music in Homer, Alaska, in 2018. Starting as a family business, Ashley taught lessons and ran the shop out of a small facility in the heart of Homer. Within two years, Moore Music had moved to a larger space in town and had grown exponentially in sales, stock, and students. Since then, Moore Music has expanded its team to five instructors, two repair technicians, and multiple counter/sales associates who serve the community alongside Ashley. Moore Music strives to continue bringing all the music resources needed to Homer and the surrounding area.
